Market-making control for token teams and liquidity desks

Own the market. Not just the token.

Run liquidity yourself or keep outside market makers accountable. See every order and fill, decide exactly how you buy and sell, and let AI handle the analysis inside limits you control.

Your keys. Your rules. Every action logged.

The Hexagon MM cockpit: desk status, order book with account marks, ladders, incidents and P&L, shown with sample data.
Sample data, from the app's own demo mode.

If your market maker's incentives drift, would you know?

Opaque execution can reward the desk while leaving the token team unable to explain what happened. Hexagon MM gives you evidence, policy and a path to bring the work in-house.

Verify the mandate

Every order, fill, key and wallet is attributed by account. See whether execution follows your mandate before the monthly report arrives.

Control your own market

Set price bands, order sizes, inventory targets and the kill switch. Your treasury decides when and how it buys or sells.

Let AI do the watching

AI reads the book, risk and P&L and prioritises the next move. Bounded automation handles approved ladders; your limits always win.

Everything a desk needs to make markets in its own token, without handing anyone the keys.

01

Guardrails, not vibes

Live execution stays off until execution is enabled and an operator arms the session; arming expires and must be renewed. A kill switch freezes new orders. Per-order and rolling-window notional caps, a price band and an open-order cap are enforced on every action, including the autonomous loop.

02

An audit trail you can hand to a client

Every attempt, whether applied, submitted, simulated, blocked or failed, lands in an immutable execution log. Exposure-adding actions carry idempotency keys, so a lost response or a page reload cannot duplicate an order.

03

Per-account attribution

Each market maker is one labelled key or wallet. The order book marks every level where one of your accounts is resting, and fills carry the account's colour, so “who did that?” has an answer.

04

PancakeSwap defense and LP repositioning

A range-aware planner with block-pinned quotes, fair-value and notional guards. Corrections are signed by hand on a Ledger by default; server-signed execution is enabled only after a one-time dust-sized live swap verifies the encoder.

Illustrative notification · critical opens immediately · recovery is debounced

05

The metrics that matter, sent to Telegram

The bot sends the incident, venue or account, and the evidence behind it: CEX mid, DEX price, price gap, inventory drift, connector latency, quote coverage and block data. Critical readings page immediately; warnings and recoveries wait for confirmation, and a one-hour cooldown stops alert storms.

Coming soon

AI Trader reviews every trade while the market moves.

A continuous second set of eyes for every order and fill. It will compare execution with the live book, your mandate and inventory targets, then explain anomalies and recommend the next move.

  • Score fills against spread, mid-price and fees
  • Flag adverse selection and mandate drift
  • Turn the live tape into a prioritised action queue

Continuous review first. Any execution still goes through your arming, limits and kill switch.

CEX quote ladders, two ways

Gate ships today; MEXC, Binance and OKX are connector rollout options during partner onboarding. Review a proposed ladder and click Apply, or opt one live venue into the autonomous loop. Inventory skew and microprice references are per account and off by default.

AI desk brief and copilot, today

A written brief with prioritised actions, and a read-only copilot that knows the P&L, risk and book context. Runs on your own OpenAI or Anthropic key. It can never place, cancel or simulate an order.

Desktop app plus hosted observer

A macOS app wraps the worker on loopback with a per-launch session token. A read-only observer can run hosted for monitoring and alerts without ever holding a write key.

Also included: P&L with fee normalisation per account, a cross-venue arbitrage detector, risk gauges for custodian concentration, supply share, price gap and on-chain depth, 35 days of snapshot history, and an official-host policy that refuses unofficial venue endpoints.

Every order walks the same path.

  1. ArmOperator arms the session; it expires on its own.
  2. GuardKill switch, venue switch, notional caps, price band, open-order cap.
  3. ExecuteCEX ladder, or a Ledger-signed on-chain correction.
  4. LogApplied, submitted, simulated, blocked or failed. Immutable.

Your keys stay yours.

  • Monitoring keys are read-only. Write-capable keys are separate and loaded only on the execution path, so an account stays read-only until you add them.
  • The desktop worker binds to 127.0.0.1 and requires a per-launch session token.
  • On-chain actions are prepared server-side and signed in your browser wallet on a Ledger. The worker stops before the point where a key would sign.
  • Secrets live in your Doppler project. The ledger lives in your Supabase or Postgres. The app rejects unofficial venue hosts.
  • The hosted observer is read-only by construction: its secret renderer refuses write or signing keys.
  • Until the real market is configured, the app fetches nothing. It never shows sample numbers as live.

Put your brand on every mandate.

For market-making firms and liquidity advisors who want a client-facing control room without building one.

Your brand, our engine

Dashboard and desktop app under your name and colours. Brand configuration is delivered during partner onboarding; it is not a self-serve toggle today, and we say so.

One deployment per mandate

Each client token gets its own isolated deployment, ledger and secrets. No cross-client data, no shared limits, no shared kill switch.

Client-facing transparency

Give clients a read-only observer view of their own book: per-account attribution, the execution log, incidents and P&L. It is the report they keep asking you for.

Source access under licence

Read the connector and guard code your operators depend on. Priority on venue and connector updates; venue APIs change, and connector fixes are part of the licence.

We stand up the first desk with you: Doppler, Supabase, key scopes, self-trade prevention, alert routing, and the go-live checklist we use on our own desk.

Prices exclude venue fees, RPC, database hosting and your AI provider usage. Market-making capital is yours and stays with you.

Straight answers.

Which venues are supported?

Gate spot plus PancakeSwap on BNB Smart Chain ship today, through official API hosts only. MEXC, Binance and OKX are available as partner rollout connectors during onboarding.

Do you hold our keys or funds?

No. Write-capable keys and hot-wallet keys stay in your Doppler project and are loaded only on your execution path. The hosted observer refuses write or signing keys. Market-making capital never touches us.

What do we need to go live?

A Doppler project, a Supabase or Postgres database, IP-restricted read-only venue keys for monitoring, and write keys only when you are ready to trade. Until the real market is configured the app fetches nothing.

Is on-chain execution automatic?

By default a correction is prepared by the worker and signed by hand in a browser wallet on a Ledger. Server-signed automatic defense is available after a one-time dust-sized live swap verifies the encoder.

Is this a bot that trades on its own?

Only if you turn it on. The default is observe-only and disarmed. The autonomous loop is opt-in per venue and still runs inside the same limits and kill switch, and every attempt is logged.

Which platforms?

A web dashboard anywhere, a macOS desktop app for the operator desk, and an optional hosted read-only observer on Kubernetes.

How do updates work?

They are part of the subscription. Venue APIs change; a ticker rename froze feeds on a live listing for a week in 2026 until the connector was fixed. Connector fixes ship as part of the licence.

Can one deployment run several tokens?

No, by design. One token per deployment keeps ledgers, secrets and limits from ever mixing. Partners run one deployment per mandate.

See it on your own token.
